You’ll receive daily personalized glucose analysis, where I’ll personally review your CGM data and make targeted interventions to help stabilize your levels and accelerate progress. 5 Week OPTIMIZE Clean & Lean Program
$500 per client. Looking for sustainable Weight Loss? The Clean & Lean Program is a 5-week reset designed to lower insulin, burn fat, and transform your relationship with food—without extreme dieting. You’ll follow a protein-forward, real food approach that naturally reduces cravings, improves energy, and supports sustainable fat loss. We’ll gradually build a fasting lifestyle, starting with 12:12 and working up to 16:8, teaching you how to eat in sync with your metabolism. Movement is a key part of this program. We put a strong focus on low-intensity Zone 2 training, which is one of the most effective ways to improve fat burning, insulin sensitivity, and metabolic flexibility.
